Still hanging in there I had another checkup with the surgeon today, and things are still going smoothly with my recuperation, thank goodness.

She gave me arm exercises to do and said that when I can get both arms up above my head, then I can drive again. Naturally, I am very motivated to accomplish this, although the exercises are pretty uncomfortable.

My great friend Nancy came the day my mom left and left Monday after taking wonderful care of us all. Then, another wonderful friend, Lisa, coordinated a group of folks to bring dinners for us this whole week. Judging from tonight and last night, I think we'll have enough for dinners and lunches for this week and next!
